Emily Hawtin

Emily Hawtin is a surrealist sculptor and stipple artist  from Oxfordshire, UK, who is a current BA (Hons) Fine Art with Placement Year student at Bath Spa University. Emily Hawtin’s work has been a part of multiple physical and online exhibitions including FaB (Fringe Arts Fair), Newark Works, Bath and ‘Potluck,’ 44AD Gallery, Bath.

Emily Hawtin has worked with several art galleries and art organisations including the Royal Society of Sculptors, London and the Murray Pitkin Gallery, Milton-Under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire, aiding in educational workshops and curating exhibitions. Additionally Emily Hawtin has volunteered at various art fairs including Focus Art Fair, Saatchi Gallery, London and Fresh Air Sculpture, Quenington, Gloucestershire. 

Emily Hawtin‘s practice consists of opening up alternative paralleled realities on the basis of human evolution, specifically focusing on the potential physical differences seen within the human body if evolution had deviated in another direction.
